This is one of the best pieces of advice you can ever take. By doing something that scares you everyday you are constantly challenging your limits. Whether it be talking to that person you are interested in, trying a new workout, or trying some type of food you never thought you would eat in your life, you are finding ways to open your eyes to all the amazing things that exist in the world.

Think about how often you have thought, “Boy I would love to talk to…” or something like, “I would love to try that new workout class…” then more often than not comes that one word that so many people choose to believes, “but”. “I would love to talk to her but what if she shoots me down… I would love to try that new workout class, but what if I can’t do it.”

Here is a secret for you, you will never know what you are capable of until you try. Even if you try and don’t get the results you want, you learn! Life is all about learning and growing and the more you push yourself out of your comfort zone, the more you will force yourself to learn.

The more you learn and test your limits, the more you will realize how capable you are to do things that you never thought were possible before. Lots of people think sitting in your comfort zone is a great idea because you don’t take any risks and you live a life that “can be controlled”.

The truth is, we don’t have nearly as much control as we think over the things that happen. When you choose to live a life where you are constantly changing and developing and growing, you better prepare yourself for all of life’s curve balls.

Today’s challenge: Do one thing that scares you, one thing you have been putting off, one little thing that you have always been afraid to try and no matter what the result… learn and try again. I promise this will bring all kinds of positive change into your life.
