Every day is a new opportunity to wake up and decide that today is going to be phenomenal, life changing, or the best day of your life. Far to often people will refer to a time in the past as “the best _____ of my life” thinking that they can never experience something as wonderful ever again.
Philip McKernan is an Irishman with a unique perspective on personal growth and development. One of my best friends in the world is going to accomplish something amazing today. Today, May 23, Eric and his father Ralph will be finishing a 3400 mile bike trip across country. After nearly 30 days of biking averaging more than 100 miles per day they will reach the Atlantic ocean tomorrow, finishing their journey that started all the way in back in California.
